HInstead of the rebirth of Corsican culture and craftsmanship, Pigna has been working for more than half a century to promote it. It was designated the seventh center of musical creation in France, a feat for a village of barely a hundred inhabitants. Dynamism and life reign there all year round, thanks to the artist residencies which take place in its auditorium and the artisans working in their workshops. The atmosphere there is gentle and conducive to creation.
My workshop-boutique is located at the bottom of a house restored by the town hall, facing the sea. You have to get lost in its alleys and let yourself be enchanted by the discovery of this little Balanine gem.
So beautiful and proud on its rocky promontory, Calvi would be nothing without it. Its high ramparts erected in the 15th century tell us about the tumultuous history of Corsica.
“Semper Fidelis – always faithful,” and that’s my case.
A dream finally come true thanks to the restoration ofp roomsar the town hall, just after the entrance porch.
The three of us settled in this magnificent bastion with its high vault. You will discover our universe bronze, wood and glass. Her name : Story of ARTigiani.
