1.3 - What guarantee do you offer on your products?

As both a designer and a manufacturer, the greatest importance is given to the making and quality of my products. Each product is meticulously handcrafted and carefully examined before ending up in your hands. However, as these are artisanal creations, my products may present irregularities in finish, differences in format and/or colors inherent to this type of manufacturing, which cannot be considered major defects. This cannot affect the validity of the order in any way.

Therefore avoid putting it in contact with other glass products or materials that could scratch it. Take care to store your jewelry in a pouch or box to avoid bumps and scratches.

Can glass break ?

Like stone jewelry g For women, glass jewelry requires special attention. In its shape of a small rounded and domed cabochon, the glass is rather resistant (have you ever broken a glass marble?). So be particularly careful when handling your jewelry when putting it on or taking it off, so as not to drop it.
